A: After we receive your request either by phone or through our online request form, within 24 hours we will contact you and schedule a time to meet you at the property location to perform the followings:
Evaluate your roof’s current condition (including damages)- Understand your overall objective (energy saving, environmental, roof leaks, and any other concerns)
- Measure the actual size of your roof
